Aromas of bittersweet chocolate, blackberries, and vanilla. Damson plum, black currant and Peruvian chocolate linger in the mid-palate. Balanced acidity and tannins give this delicious and jammy Syrah a structure as it finishes with a flourish of black currant flavors.

Production Notes
We'd like to claim that it was our brilliant ability to see into the future that lead us to harvest this Syrah before the incredible smoke from PNW fires set in, but it was just lucky that the grapes were at their peak ripeness a little earlier in September of 2020.
